Free yoga stretching for the rest of September!
One of the hardest things as an endurance athlete is to take the time away from our first loves…running, cycling, swimming, walking…to do the kind of stretching we should be doing to avoid stress injuries. We invite you to consider joining us for yoga stretching post run on Thursdays and Saturdays. If you are a coaching client, it’s FREE if you just want to try it this month to see it’s benefits and you are not a coaching client we will also offer it up to you for FREE.
