$50 monthly includes one Movement Conditioning class (Tues @ 5:30 PM or Thurs @ 6:00 AM) per week and one Strength for Athletes class (Tues @ 6:00 AM or Thurs @ 5:30 PM) per week and access to all running and cycling practices.
– Group running and cycling – a mix of morning and evening practices led by certified coaches who mentor your training by emphasizing appropriate energy system development and economical running technique.
- Runs on Mon (5:45 AM), Tues (6:15 PM), Wed (5:45 AM), Thurs (6:15 PM) & most Sat (8:00 AM)
- Cycling outdoors late March-early October on Mon (5:45 PM technique and skills), Wed (5:45 PM pace group tempo) and Sun (10:00 AM 40-50 miles)
-Movement Conditioning class – a group pre-hab class led by Functional Movement Systems Specialists that helps develop healthier movement patterns by increasing authentic range of motion and establishing stability in the core and joints.

-Strength for Athletes class – a group class that creates a more durable and efficient athlete by challenging their balance, core stability and strength specific to running, swimming and cycling motions and mechanics.
