Wow!  Here we all are wrapping up another year.  Cheers to hopes that your year has been full of adventure and accomplishment!  We are so thankful to have been part of some of your exciting journeys in sport over the past months. It is always a good life to walk alongside of people seeking healthy goals for themselves.

Phoenix would like to continue to offer you opportunities to improve upon where you are here at the end of 2014. We enjoy developing all ability levels, guiding people toward being the best athlete and fitness seeker that they can be.

COMPUTRAINERS

In co-op with the Fitness Lab, we will be adding more Computrainer classes upstairs in the Loft starting the first week in January.  You will find a link to the schedule and sign up on the Computrainer tab above. Come one, come all, even if you’ve never done a Computrainer class before!! Our classes will be very friendly to the beginner user. Feel free to come up and try a class for free to see just how easy and fun it is to get hooked on this great way to gain bike fitness over the winter months.  Contact us to get the free pass!

SPRING MARATHON AND HALF MARATHON TRAINING

Phoenix Training Group coach-led practices will be just $25/month.

2015 Spring Marathon and Half Marathon 4 month training program begins January 5.  Get ready for Spring races with our 6-practice schedule.  Each practice is written and led by experienced coaches who understand the process it is to gain the fitness you need to have a great race.  Coaches will be looking for opportunities at each practice to teach good habits of good run form and energy system development.
You can find our current training group schedule (highlighted in red) right here.  Feel free to come join us any time for the rest of December just to get an idea of the flow of our practices.  We promise that there is opportunity for everyone and every ability level.

UNLIMITED GROUP FITNESS MEMBERS ALSO GET PHOENIX TRAINING GROUP PRACTICES FOR 1 PRICE

The prices for Unlimited Group Exercise classes in the Loft will be $100 monthly, but will ALSO INCLUDE the Phoenix Training Group coach-led practices.  If you are a monthly member of Phoenix Group Classes, you have access to the Loft for your own workouts, treadmills, fitness equipment and 25% off any Computrainer classes. Generally, the hours of the Loft are 5:30am-noon and 5:30-8:00pm except during yoga and pilates class time, so check the schedule of classes to find a good time to drop in. Other times are potentially available some days, so best practice for facility use is to text Heather (332-1398) or Doug (496-3615) when you plan to drop in.
